I do not agree with this proposed change. Time and time again, power & resources are taken out of the North and funnelled into Southern Ontario. What do those in the South know about conservation & waterways in Northwestern Ontario? Most of those in the South have never travelled past Barrie. Conservation of local waterways should remain in Northern Ontario. Stop taking our services, jobs, and resources away. Decisions about the North should remain in the North.
