The TOC proposal for the Town of Oakville is not designed with consideration of the residents. It is too dense, it is in an already congested area of town and it is out of sync with current real estate trends.
We do not want to see 11 story condos, or sit in traffic jams or be stuck with the costs of the infrastructure needed to start a project that is doomed to fail.
I am NOT in favour of this TOC plan for Oakville.
