I don’t think that this will save any money. The bigger is better model seems to end up costing more are removed local control.

The geographic area is too big.

People what local representation, I don’t want a CA with head office hundreds of miles away.

I’m wondering what this is answering or what problem it is solving. I didn’t think anything was broken.

Saugeen Valley Conservation Authority is fairly cost efficient and turns around permits in good time. We have lots of passive parks, trails and green spaces. SVCA plants thousands of trees and manages public and private forests.
