I am skeptical about this…

I am skeptical about this being a good faith move. The Conservation Authorities are independent agencies that have often held the Province accountable for overstepping environmental regulations and concerns. After the controversy surrounding the Greenbelt, this feels like we will be seeing developers get some good scores of land in the coming years. I'm all for efficiency but I would love to see some more proof if this actually being an effective, thought out idea, supported by the CAs. I have spoken to people who work for CAs and they have no choice but to be optimistic but are also distrustful that this is in good faith and rather a move to bypass CA interference.
