The plan to build 6,881 condominium in midtown core of Oakville is irresponsible. It will create excessive density with no benefit to the community or infrastructure to accommodate this growth. 500 sq ft condos will not solve the housing crisis. The town of Oakville and the Oakville community has spent many hours developing a plan the will assist with midtown core development. Hoping you will consider their plan as it was developed with the participation of the Oakville community.
