Getting rid of local conservation authorities is a gift to Dougie's grifting developer friends, nothing more. Doug is willing to pave over every last wetland and farmland Ontario possesses in order to give profits to his friends, who will give millions of dollars to his party chest. What a disgusting piece of legislation. Shame, Doug, shame!!!
