When these changes happen, who is responsible for maintaining trails and campgrounds that are local managed now? Will there be an extensive contact list for urgent services when something needs attention asap? 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Is there someone ready to jump into action or are we waiting weeks?
Why aren't you being transparent with the public and who this really affects?
