This proposed plan is poorly planned and speaks volumes about the greed of the Ford government. We do not need more condos in the GTHA, we need family homes and townhomes where families can flourish, with green spaces and no congestion. The Trafalgar/Cross area is already overly congested during peak hours, and adding thousands of condo units will cause irreparable damage. Whoever thought this was a good idea deserves to be fired.
