As a resident and land owner within the Maitland Valley Conservation area, I have grave concerns over this proposal. Local input, especially in a rural area is essential in efforts to protect our waterways, wildlife, forests and soils. The needs of remote and rural areas are unique and need to be met on a Local decision-making and management level.
