I agree with HCA’s submission to the ERO. I am concerned about losing local decision-making and I support keeping conservation decisions rooted in the community. I have seen nothing setting out how much this change would cost, nor how much money it would save. And nothing about how it would improve the already good job our Conservation Authorities are doing with their intimate knowledge of their own watershed.
Please shelve this bad idea.
