Do not go forward with almagating the 36 conservation authorities. They have been working fine this whole time and local knowledge is crucial for watershed health and maintenance.
The only reason why the PC’s want to do this is to make it easier to build poorly-constructed, hastily-built houses over floodplains and environmentally sensitive areas. Everyone will suffer because of this.
