It is entirely short sighted and and an egregious mistake to merge more conservation authorities, effectively increasing the work load and decreasing the capacity of the environmental and social safe guards.

Conservation authorities contribute so much to human and environmental health and safety, and deciding to gut their efficacy is not only foolish, it will be a death sentence. A death sentence for people and for species.
