Each consservation area manages an ecosystem that is idiosyncratic to that area. An amalgamation such as proposed reduces each conservation authorities ability to assess and resolve issues specific to that area. The focus of control will be with the government whose aims and purposes may nt be aligned with the best interests of the specific conservation area. I am opposed to this idea.
