We live in an area that is fighting against a blast below the water table quarry. This is not a NIMBY fight, it is a fight for survial of a whole community, and the water systems that provide drinking water in many areas where the aquifers flow.
Fast tracking the agenda for aggregate production is just wrong, and a dangerous way to find out if any harm will be done.
The facts a there, you only have to look to them for the information to understand that this is not an act of necessity, but an act of greed and power.
Please consider carefully, you names and reputation will live on.
