I do not like the idea of amalgamation of the conservation authorities.
Grey sauble oversees a very unique area and I think that would be lost if the locals are not involved. Having outsiders manage something as significant as water and environment matters is a huge concern for me.
Also, the costs could spiral much higher without local input. Losing transparency.

I have seen the police service boards merge and now there is even talk of water supply systems merging. Residents, the tax payer, can control their living conditions locally by voting in the municipal elections. This would be taken away and I cannot support that.
