I am strongly opposed to the amalgamation of Conservation Authorities that would combine the Lakehead Regional Conservation Authority with several CA's1,000 +km away in Southern Ontario.
While consolidating the numerous Conservation Authorities in the Southern Ontario area, it simply does not make any sense to patch Northwestern Ontario to the Huron C. A.
I support the renaming of the LRCA to stand-alone as *** Northwestern Ontario Conservation Authority***.
Please revise and do the logical thing.
