I find little to no merit to the consolidation.
Our local Conservation Authority (KCCA) does a wonderful job of communicating, educating, building relationships and protecting our local watershed. The local service to our communities will take a severe hit. In turn, protecting our watershed will take one too.
You paper pushers in queens park and parliament hill want to save some money? Stop giving it away to others countries.
