It is a very bad idea to amalgamate ERCA with the other CAs in SW Ontario. As you must be aware the climate and ecology are distinctly different in this area and require unique approaches. We are also immediately adjacent to to the border with the U.S and busiest international border crossing in the Canada which presents unique local challenges that require local knowledge and solutions.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
