The GRCA is a vital resource for ensuring water security & environmental safety for the Waterloo region in which I live. The changes to its funding, authority structure, etc., will negatively impact the residents & wild life of this & other regions. However, I do understand that it will positively benefit certain developers & others supporting this current government. The government services the people of Ontario, & is mandated with the task of securing health & safety for all. By making these changes its mandate to the people of Ontario is severely compromised.
