I want the smaller conservation authorities left in place because local knowledge is vital for protection of the environment.
I have to wonder why this is being done, and who is pushing for this change.
Administration alignment can be accomplished without this drastic change, and I would suggest that bigger is not better, when it comes to bureaucracy.
I urge you to take time for further consultation with local conservation authorities before proceeding with what seems like a rash action.
