Completely insane that anyone would think these regions should cover such large areas. How could any organization effectively operate a region for example from Kingston to Ottawa and Summerstown just because "their water enters the St. Lawrence". Please name any other provincial authorities that cover regions so large. We will have blanket policies and regulations that are made hundreds of kilometers away that will be completely infective or disruptive to local watersheds.
