Why on, literally, earth does the proposed Lake Erie Regional Conservation Authority extend to Lake Huron? The Thames River does not empty into Lake Erie, but Lake St. Clair, not to mention actual Lake Huron watersheds. Did anyone fact-check this plan?
Does this arrangement smooth the bureaucratic way for taking water from Huron via pipes and emptying it into Erie, a long-forbidden practice?
Ontario really is two provinces and a territory in a trench coat.
