Ontario is a diverse and giant region. By making such large areas fit into smaller boxes, it doesn't make sense and will spread the resources very thin. If the point is to conserve properly, there needs to be a reasonable area to have quality control. The system currently in place works well. Do not reallocate resources from this current program somewhere else. I can foresee even jobs being lost due to this. It's too much area for less conglomeration.
