Not impressed with cutbacks affecting our natural resources and their management. As an option, cut half the health care upper management that contribute very little to efficient, cost effective operation of the medical system - add more troops instead. Axe education system advisors who cancelled the PROVEN learning used in the past for today's USELESS approaches to math and reading.
DO NOT merge important environmental management to localized issues.
