The Lakehead Region Conservation Authority which oversees the northwestern region in Ontario understands the region and has served it well should remain independent and not be placed under the umbrella of the Huron Region Conservation Authority which is in a completely different part of the province. It makes no sense. If "it ain't broke" why are you trying to "fix" it?
