Personally I belive that the boundaries should be left as is. I belive making the regional boundaries larger takes away the more informed and understand of the needs of the smaller districts. I appreciate and like the fact that if I have concerns or questions for my watershed district I can Personally go to my area office and Personally speak to someone with my concerns and if there are local issues or concerns contact is convenient and easy. Im afraid if the regions ar enlarged we lose that. Also my concern is that more populated areas with larger regions will receive the most attention rather it be funding or other support. And the argument that it will save dollars because of overlap that may sound good in the begining but down the road that changes because the local public has less say in spending. So in the end I think leave the boundaries where they are and do a better job of working together. Thanks Brian.
