The local needs matter and we need to keep smaller regional boundaries for their to be focused on specific local needs of the area that may not be applicable to a wide spread boundary as proposed, this is why I think we should keep the current boundaries and work better and management and regulation of these different conservative authorities making sure they are up keeping standards for their area, larger boundaries makes it easier to overlook the minority environmental concerns for broader policy that can be applied widely but that isn’t appropriate for all local environmental needs.
