This is a terrible idea. You already have experts who are familiar with their areas. Why in the world would you ever want to dismantle a system that works and has taken care of warning us about local issues.
The environmental issues in one area are not the same in another area.
Leave Conservation Authorities alone. You have already taken away any power they once had.
If you change Conservation Authority designation we will all pay for your mistake in too many ways. This is a bad idea.
