Merging the GRCA area into the proposed sheer vastness of the Lake Erie Regional conservation area will be an undertaking fraught with issues. It is far too large and to not recognize the world class achievements the GRCA is known for and allowing that effort to be swallowed up into a massive amalgamation of diverse areas with no clear area expertise is foolhardy. Efficiency and governance can be accomplished in other ways, whoever came up with this concept is sadly misguided and not living in the area for certain. Shame on those who are willing to risk these natural areas and water systems benefits and well being. Do not do it as it is currently proposed.
