I am vehemently opposed to this. There are too many differences in the environmental areas being amalgamated. Carolinian forests, two very different great lakes, inland regions vs coastal. Small CAs allow for expertise and specialization. This reeks of an attempt to consolidate and save money at the expense of the environment. It needs to be stopped.
