Each watershed is a unique ecosystem and/or ecotone and as such each watershed requires experts to understand the critical local knowledge and implement local decisions. I request that the Province re-empower the Conservation Authorities and not proceed with the consolidation from 36 to 7 with a centralized provincial agency.
