The intentions of this proposal do not feel like the focus is on conservation. The individualism of the conservation areas allows for a tailored approach and speciality knowledge of what the area needs. We need to protect those areas, not make it easier for developments to be built in or near them. I hope the comments are taken seriously and not just as a check box.
