This is an unnecessary change that does not benefit the public of Ontario. Stop treating public goods and the environment as profit driven entities and look to bolster and invest in them. This proposal is a shame and does not listen to the subject matter experts who work in conservation authorities already and know what they need help with. Listen to them!
