Oakville is such a unique town but with more development like that proposed in midtown the town will lose more character. We've been experiencing rapid growth and already problems with drainage, congestion and more have presented itself. This is without mega condo towers. We've also seen in other communities and in oakvillere where condos or large development projects terminate due to low sales and money to fund the projects. We don't need or want tall condos. Who's going to afford them or want them ?
The oakville go train area is so congested already.
