A high density development…

A high density development at the Oakville Go Station is completely missing any planning logic.

1. It will add thousands of commuters to trains and QEW traffic , that is already overloaded.

2. There is an oversupply of thousands of Condos in Toronto that are a better place for growth that will not need more Go Train or QEW capacity.

3.Oakville residents need to be heard, uncontrolled growth cannot be unloaded on our Town.

4. An appropriate development for the Oakville Go Station area will look like great examples from Paris, Lisbon and other European cities that allow 10 to 15 story high buildings and will create a livable community rather than a high-rise ghetto. It will accommodate 10-12000 people in 15-20 buildings
