This process is ill advised for many reasons. Traffic congestion will be untenable , for one. There is already gridlock on Trafalgar Rd, QEW and Cornwall during rush hour
No consideration is being given to green space in the proposal.
This is no solution to the housing problem as proposed units are too small for families and mirror the many unsaleable and untenable condos in Toronto
Oakville has a better solution
