I disagree with the use of MZOs to push through a totally unacceptable high density development on the Oakville TOC lands. Democracy is still the basis for our society and MZOs (giving Developers the final say on height, density etc) is not a democratic process. The Town of Oakville mayor and councillors have been democratically elected to serve the people of Oakville. The plan they are proposing for TOC lands meets and exceeds the Governments rules and is acceptable to me as a citizen. Please listen to them. That was why we elected your Government.
