The proposed changes do absolutely nothing to address the many negative impacts associated with wind turbines.

I have a wind turbine 550m from the centre of my house. That is the minimum setback in Chatham-Kent. I can hear the turbine in my house and in the afternoon it creates a flicker effect with the sun on my farm. Since it has been in use I have had vertigo and tinnitus. I am a retired OPP officer with perfect health before this thing was put there. My property value is severely effected and I live in misery. There is nothing green about wind turbines. They are giant fraud fans.
