Remove Schedule 10 from Bill 66, which allows municipalities to override provisions in the Greenbelt Act, Clean Water Act, Lake Simcoe Act, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Act and Great Lakes Protection Act. Ontario has plenty of places to develop inside the Greenbelt. Sprawl is very expensive at takes it toll both on the environment and on the affordability of cities as it requires more roads, sewers, schools, police, etc.
