I don’t think It is fare or wise to change this act in order to appease business owners or open up more area to be pillaged by private business that will only be paying workers 14 dollars an hour while the higher ups destroy the environment for profit. Businesses can figure out other ways of making money that are long term and not connected to the land and air we breath. It’s not worth it for a small owner to make profits and the rest of people gain nothing from this
