The small changes that can have major impact begins with the changing of Severances, By allowing 4 divisions from 3 on the original lot fabric, that has major impact. By changing some key wording, we can alleviate some of our own problems. Number 4 in Recolour Grey- Move Grey section discusses Information and Technology needs including the Countys Broadband Network. I will be advocating for SWIFT implementation (all pun intended). There was major support for internet in ag-rich and rural economies, to provide competitiveness. Lets work with the Federal government on this project. The Federation of Canadian Municipalities has just put together a federal Government budget request. My own crown patents reservations super cede any Federal, Provincial or municipal laws or bylaws. I purchased a land title freehold property title, subject to reservations in the crown patent only and those registered of record. Any other Provincial, Federal, or municipal bylaws are not registered on title, and do not have the same effect of being registered and on notice to any purchasers. I will not agree to implied consent of my properties for zoning or any other legislation, or bylaws not of record, (not registered on the title int he Registry Office of Grey County) .
