EBR Registry 013-4198: Recolour Grey Draft County Official Plan (OP) We applaud Grey County’s goal to use plain language and the creative Recolour perhaps gained attention but we question whether it necessarily ensures the understanding especially the impact of the natural heritage designations.

The small changes that can have major impact begins with the changing of Severances, By allowing 4 divisions from 3 on the original lot fabric, that has major impact. By changing some key wording, we can alleviate some of our own problems.

I am writing you to oppose the adoption of the Grey County Official Plan (OP) as written. I am a farmer and long-time resident of Grey County. I have a personal interest in the success and prosperity of this part of the Province.
