Timco has been a thorn in our side for 51/2 yrs from noise and odor complaints. We can't enjoy our yard or pool and we have never had an opportunity to hold a family function as we can't plan around what day Timco will smell! So who want's to take the risk? We have an 85 year old parent that can't enjoy working in the gardens that she loves. There are many days that she can't bear the stench! Our windows can't be left open in the warmer weather, or our home will smell like road kill. At night time there is stack noise so you can't sleep. He has now changed his system so that he saves water and time, yet we get more noise from the water cooling stacks that were installed. Now he's asking for approval after a year. Not only is it wrong, it just shows how he operates. He does whatever he wants and hopes he doesn't get caught. He also wants or has another boiler for back up. I find it funny that he goes through that expense for back up. there will be another alternative use for. I'm sure once in all bets are off, we have a non-compliance again regarding the odor. The level is 1.7 not 1.0 that it should be or under. That's almost double . MOE has confirmed smells After 9 years, enough is enough. Hundreds of thousands have been spent by Brant County and MOE resources. Enough is enough. His bio filter in this plant has proven it doesn't work and adding 6 inches to the beds is just another stall tactic. He has more than proven he's just a nuisance. Timco is just a non proactive neighbour and the rest of us do not matter to him. I recommend ECA should not be granted.
