We hope this company fast puts all storage and operation indoor since the dust and noise affect neighbors, and also build the lane for their customers in their place, since that trucks always occupy on the street makes every one hard to go through. We think this should have deadline for each step, better can be done in 2018.

We disagree they increase garbage and operate 24/7 since their place is limited, no separation distance from street and neighbors properties, noise is hard to control in night time and weekend, including traffic noise which come to their site, we have churches in this area also residents, we need quiet night time and weekend for church service and residents.

Also their rats easily come to neighbors places. Why this garbage transfer station no separation distance from public street and neighbors? City transfer station has big yard, lawn and driveway, parking to separation from street and neighbors. I think they should have separation distance from neighbors first.

People also mentioned this site had fire several times before, people worry if more garbage on the site, fire could happen again.

Trucks moving on streets in quiet night and weekend will cause noise to surrounding area, not only on this site, also more garbage means more traffic, more noise and air pollution.

More garbage and 24/7 operation on this site should not be allowed. Ministry should reduce their garbage amount per day and shorten their operation time because their site to too close to public and neighbors.
