Resp AND either should be appointed by either the municipalities or Province to monitor all of these ongoing construction activities and environmental concerns over and above the routine inspections by DNV-GL staff or their contractor. This will ensure no ongoing problems are incurred and a formal record is maintained on file for future reference, should environmental or health problems surface at a later date. These Inspection reports should be made public and published monthly during the construction, on the municipal website and project developer’s website so that all Municipal residents/objectors can see what is happening during this project construction.
