I feel that the leases…

I feel that the leases should be extended to the cottagers of rondeau.

My hope is that the MNR work collaboratively with the cottagers in the future as opposed to what i have wittnessed in the previous years as a visitor and frequent user of the park.

There is a huge disconnect between the two and respect for the history that put these cottagers here in the first place.

Rondeau is one of the most beautiful parks that I have been to which is why I regularly visit.

I also feel it is largely due to the pride of the people who reside in the cottages.

I really hope that the MNR becomes a true leader in this endeavor and moves forward with not only the leases but toward an even more dramatic change in how they treat and work with the cottagers.

Communicaton is an excellent tool when both parties can understand the goals of each other and find a common goal that they can work together to reach. I have yet to see anyone from the MNR that has the skill set and facilitation expertise to do this.

I am hopeful and continue to be optimistic that the MNR will allow the cottagers will have their leases extended and take the intiative to re-evaluate their leadership in Rondeau.
