The National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) appreciates the opportunity to participate in the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks’ (MECP) consultation on proposed regulations to govern the producer responsibility framework for used batteries under the Resource Recovery and Circular Economy Act (RRCEA).
