MNRF should still be required to comment on Crown forestry.
It appears that these proposed statutes would almost eliminate the need for MNRF consultation leading to the obliteration of environmental governance. (making MNRF obsolete).
MNRF's consultations/recommendations/mandates should be made stronger, not lessened!!
