The comments are very simple :
1. Protected areas and ecological integrity are part of the policy of our Provincial Government.
2. The main purpose of the Ministry of Natural Resources is to protect the natural resources of Ontario : thus to protect our ecological integrity .
3. At a time when everyone is asked to watch for one plastic bag at the time and save one liter of gasoline at the time; at the time when companies for which making profit is the the declared and legal purpose are critisized when not respecting the environment , it is appalling, unconcievable, unbelievable, ... that the Ministry of Natural Resources would choose against ''ecological integrity''.
So, clearly, obviously : NO MORE LEASES. Do the right thing.
If you care for the cottagers that are not keeping their cottages, give them a rebate on their rent if they clean their lots very well before leaving, a free pass into the Provincial Parks, and this kind of things.
