I believe the science supports a total shutdown of all black bear hunting on the Bruce Peninsula. This population needs time to recover to a stable, rather than declining status before any hunting is allowed. We have seen this situation so many times before - humans causing the extinction of a wild creature due to lack of foresight and present greed.
